Kernel panic - not syncing: Timeout: Not all cpus entered broadcast exception handler in General Support Posted March 12, 2019 I am facing this issue after using i9-9900k for only two days. Initially it was running but suddenly after 2-3 days random restarts started happening. Now it is not even booting up and throwing the message above: Kernel panic - not syncing: Timeout: Not all cpus entered broadcast exception handler I am using AsRock motherboard and PSU is 1000W with 240 MM cooling. Heating is not the issue since the temperature was normal when it got restarted last time. Is it related to some motherboard setting for overclocking ? Thank You Pranjal Sahu
