SMART for that disk looks OK. You need to figure out why it won't stay connected.

 

 

Got it. I will reconnect and post again. Any ideas why it could be disconnecting?

Hi!

 

I have a hard drive that fails after a few weeks of running. I would rebuild onto that same drive and it would fail again. I moved the drive to different slots to test if it was a connection on the backplane but no matter what slot I try it still fails. I tried looking through the smart report but I am not super familiar with them. Any help would be great.

Thank you! Is this something I should worry about? Ill be honest the error has been there for probably around 6 months.

Hello,

 

I am getting an error on the fix common problems plugin and it told me to post my mcelog for more help. Is anyone able to tell me what any of this means? I'm pretty new to linux.

When I try and play movies I get a playback error: 
But TV shows are working just fine. It seems like anything in the movie folder cant be played.
