    thanks, the server will not shutdown from the command line, I will try to force it down when I com home from work,

    I´m back from work. Aafter a hard reset, everything came back online again -except disk 3, this is still disabled.

    I´m running a "SMART extended self-test" tight now, but there does not seem to be anything wrong with disk 3.

    After the selv test, I think I will try to bring the disk online again.

    -if the test is successfull.

    Because besides the disable disk there were also read errors on all the other disks.

    Diags are missing the syslog, but errors suggest a controller problem, see if you can get the syslog, but in any case reboot and post new diags.

  4. One of my disks is disabled, and unraid is not able to maintain parity. My VM´s and most of my dockers was shutdown, and I was not able to start them up. Why can my Unriad installation not survive the loss of one disk?

    diagnostics is attached.

    The disk entered disabled state, at 1.40 during night. I woke up this morning to a lot of errors on my parity disk. I stopped the array, but now 4 houers later, it is still in “array stopping  - sync filesystem.." state

  5. Hi Squid
    Thank you for your post.
    I have identical results when running in Safe Mode. But I have installed "Fix Common Problems" and followed all recommendations. A new system diagnostic file is generated after all recommendations has been followed.

  6. Please help
    My unraid installation is no longer listening on port 139 and 145, even though smb is enabled.
    If I backup my flash config, and create a new USB key from the export.
    Then my server will again start to listen on smb ports, and I can browse the flash device
    But I am not able to create a new license file for the new installation, since I did this a couple of weeks ago because of a suspected faulty key. (the flash key booted as read only)

  7. Hi
    Earlier, I was using  a second physical network adapter for my internet traffic. (through a firewall VM)
    My setup has changed, and the second adapter(1Gb USB adapter) Is no longer attached to the host.

    Every time I reboot my server, the old bridge - br2, and sub interfaces br2.50, br2.51 and br2.52 keeps repapering, and changes the default gateway to a non-existing host on network br2.20!

    I can “down” the interfaces and then delete br2, create a new null route through the correct br0 and everything works until next reboot.

    Can anybody help me clean up old network configurations from adapters no longer existing in the system?

    Capture_1 = after reboot

                                                                               *deleting using the GUI is not possible, nothing happens!

    Capture_2 = remove br2

    Capture_2.PNG.45fdebb4b0ddb71307eca6f167ec5858.PNG

    Capture_3 = after the old br is removed, and new correct null route is created

    Capture_3.thumb.PNG.d3fdde27ca4bf6710e4a310e26f2238b.PNG

    But if i reboot the machine, I will be back at "capture_1" -please help!

    Best regards Jesper
