Yep - you are correct. That is IP 5.153.250.7, which is in the block list for my firewall....... not manually entered by me, it is part of skynet's firewall rules so it must be in some sort of list. I will whitelist it and update shortly.
Currently having a similar issue as a user before had. Except I can connect fine and download the file through curl just fine. I have tried everything that was done for that user and I still get nothing. I would love for any insight into this.

Adding more information to get assistance.
