    What do you mean with that, you don't get a UUID or you see nothing on the Plugin page?

    What is the output from 'nvidia-smi' (after installing the Plugin) from a terminal?

    I have the same problem with Raid 6.9.1

    The Internet is OK
     The new, clean version of Unraid 6.9.1 has the same problem

    Using a P400 graphics card

    And you can't get an NVIDIA ID

    Restarting the NVIDIA icon will disappear and reinstalling will not help
