Two-way sync two folders on the same machine

HI,

 

Does anyone know a good way to keep two folders on my unraid machine in sync? 

 

My use case is that I have mounted a Google Drive and I would like to keep it in sync with a local folder so if I make changes on either both will be synced. 

 

I'm not using this as a backup solution, I have provided separately for backup.
