Run an hypervisor inside an OSX VM

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am struggling to run any hypervisor (tried parallels, Vmware fusion and virtualbox) inside an OSX VM, in an unraid system based upon an AMD threadripper 3970x. I already enabled nested VMs and, at least VirtualBox, seems  to run fine if I try the same  within a Windows VM on the same system. Inside OSX, all those hypervisors, seem not to find nor  VT-X and neither AMD-V (the latter is for Virtualbox). Is there any black magic based setting I am supposed to  try? I saw Spaceinvader's video on nested VM, I believe however he was running an Intel system and I am running a threadripper.

Thank you in advance for any help anybody can provide.
