Question about Robocopy Delay

Why is there a delay in when you enter the command for robocopy and when the copy actually takes place? Is there a certain option I need to add to the command. It seems like there is a 5 minute delay before the copy starts taking place. Here is how I am entering the command :

 

robocopy X:\Disk-2\Movies\MovieName \\TOWER\disk1\Movies
