October 17, 200718 yr Do you have to leave the bootable flash drive connected while the UnRaid server is online and operational, or is it only for boot & config? In other words, can I yank it out after booting the server? 1) I have a rackmount case and would like to close the front 2) I'd be concerned about the flash drive getting knocked around accidentally. Thanks. It does need to be plugged in while operational. Many people have used an internal USB header or a USB extension cable and put the flash drive inside the case. Joe L.
