Using VPN to host games behind ISP firewall

Hello. I've been trying to host a minecraft server on my unraid machine that's behind ISP firewall. I'm using AMP-docker as management panel for minecraft servers. I have access to another unraid server in different network that doesn't have the firewall blocking traffic and it has wireguard installed on it. VPN connections work with mobile phone etc but now comes the tricky part. Can I use the WireGuard server with AMP to host the game?
