November 19, 200718 yr I just upgraded from 4.1 to 4.21 and have been having some problems. It was working fine before the upgrade. First my disk 1 drive showed unformated, and a parity check started. I figured I let it finish the check and then format the drive. Well 24 hours later it was only at 38%. I cancelled the check and tried to format disk 1. 12 hours later it is still formatting. The writes have not changed for a while now but the reads keep changing on all the drives. What should I do? Is it normal to take this long?
