VM timeout issues

Hello, i've been running an unraid server for a year now with one VM (freepbx centos distro) with no issues at all.

Today i built another VM, (windows server 2019), boots up fine pings internet etc...

 

But now my pbx timeouts when i ping it locally every 20 requests or so.

For a pbx thats not great sadly.

Users were experiencing dropped calls...

 

As soon as i turn of the windows VM no more timeouts....

 

Running unraid 6.8.3, i'm dreading upgrading right now but will probably get to that point soon.

 

Any ideas ? My machine has multiple ethernet ports tried using another interface & same issue happens.
