I have Nginx proxy manager set up with a tunnel through Cloudflared. I am able to get Nextcloud and Plex to resolve. I can not get Wordpress, Photoprism, or Overseerr to function correctly the UI will load within my LAN but not connectible from WAN. I rolled back Cloudflared a couple of times and tried fresh installs on both Cloudflared and NPM with no luck. Can someone point me to a thread or some other solution. I have been working this for two days and am sure its something stupid.

Same here, I'm using NPM and a tunnel through Cloudflared. All my instances work except for MariaDB. I only can use on my internal network (192.168.x.x).
I guess there should be something in the "Advanced" tab of Proxy Hosts, something like Stream on 3306 tcp port. But unfortunately I dont know how to use these variables. :(

I was able to get everything working with the exception of WordPress. I had to change https to http in NPM, all sites still cary a certificate by cloudflare. 

I am still working through WordPress.
