Basically I started trial od UNRAID with one 1TB disk. Now I want to switch to a 2TB disk and remove the 1TB disk. 

 

I have used windows my whole life, I have no idea about UNRAID stuff, only able to setup things watching youtube tutorials.

    Have you already installed the 2 TB disk? If so you can use midnight commander to copy the data over. Open terminal and type mc
