Docker Cache Path

Featured Replies

Morning folks,

Newbie to Unraid moving from QNAP... I have my Server setup (no data transferred yet, just waiting and making sur my configuration is right).

I am running 2 cache pool: 2x 1TB NVME & 2x 1TB SSD

My intent is to use the NVME for Docker and VM and the SSDs for regular cache (file transfer).

My question: Did I read somewhere (or maybe I watched a tutorial video) mention of moving the path for docker as follow:

/mnt/user/system/docker/docker.img -> /mnt/cache/system/docker/docker.img

/mnt/user/appdata/ -> /mnt/cache/appdata/

Just want to make sure my config is optimal before I start using the Server. I am planning in moving my Plex in a Docker and trying to avoid messing around after because I messed up something...

Thanks in advance!!

Dom
