November 17, 20214 yr This is an odd one. I have a 500gb USB drive that has a .exe on it that I would like to share with people. The problem is the drive is loaded with some sort of encryption that wont allow me to simply copy and paste the .exe off of it. So my question is: Is there a way to copy or clone the entire drive onto unraid, and host said drive in a way that someone would be able to install the .exe from the webpage onto their computer? (maybe set it up so it can be mounted or something?) OR Is there a way to change the partition size of the drive to be something much more shareable like 3GB? the install file is only 3GB. Thank you for your time and any help!
November 17, 20214 yr Author I should add - I can plug this drive into a windows computer and install the program by double clicking it. I just cannot copy and paste it to the computer and execute it there.
