Network issue

Featured Replies

Setup a new system and today I just moved it into my rack.   I'm not able to ping or access the web interface for it.

Swapped cables, verified that the port and cables are good (hooked them up to another machine and tested  them)

I'm able to logon to the CLI at the console, ifconfig is showing the IP/Subnet mask that I gave it.  Not sure why it wouldn't be communicating.

Any ideas?

Never mind, wound up deleting my network.cfg and reconfiguring it.   Think it was due to when I put the system in the rack I was going from having only 1 Gig NIC enabled to enabling a 10GIG nic and screwed up the config.

Wiping the cfg file and rebooting let me re-build my network config.
