Sorry for our german friends for highjacking this very interesting thread.   How to install/enable amd-pstate at the moment? like already said, modify syslinux.cfg : modprobe.blacklist=acpi_cpufreq amd_pstate.shared_mem=1 idle=halt   And add modprobe amd_pstate to your go file.   And does it offer practical benefits compared to the acpi-cpufreq driver? Yes it allow lower idle frequency at 550 Mhz   Any thoughts on that? Crossing finger
