I've been getting this issue for months now, but I have no idea what could be going on? Also, for the past month I have had my server offline due to it crashing for unknown reasons. I feel like this may be the cause.

I've attached my system diagnostics that I ran this morning after updating docker apps and plugins.

Any help would be much appreciated!
