network-rules.cfg file lost

I have been running 6.9.1 for a while. Recently i have found sometime i failed to connect to unraid. Checking the connection i found the onboard NIC which was assigned as the management port was dead. Through further check i also found the file "network-rules.cfg" was nowhere to be found (self delected). After the .cfg  file was added the connection resumed. Anyone who can advise me how to fix it? Thanks

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
