Server falling asleep

hey I am new to unraid and im trying to learn as much as possible. But my server keeps falling asleep if it is not actively doing a parity check or I am doing something on it. it wakes up after I touch the keyboard but falls asleep after a short time idling. attached is my server diagnostics. I am running ryzen 1600x on a ASUS prime B450-All with 16 gb of ram. Can anyone help me?
