Start VM from keyboard attached to server

I have a WIndows 10 VM that I'd like to be able to start by pressing a key on a keyboard directly connected to my server. To make this work I can issue 

bind '"\C-w":"virsh start Windows10\n"'

in any terminal session and CTRL-W starts the VM. But this won't work on the keyboard connected to the server. I have tried adding the above command to the go file but that didn*t work.

 

Any ideas?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
