how do i remove all certs and start again

hi all newb here 

i have tryed to set up a media server with jellyfin and all worked well on LAN 

then i tryed to set up WAN access then it all went wrong after watching youtube vids for help 

current setup has cloudflare-ddns / nginx / cloudflared (for argo tunnel) and i now keep getting tunnel error 1033 nginx sating internal error i dont know what certs are installed or where to go 

my end goal is to have running jellyfin and nextcloud with web access and have it secure any way possible prefered no ports open 

can anyone help  or do i just start again but if i do will the certs still be set with my domain name
