Handbrake Container - QuickSync Issue

Can someone make sense of this for me please?

I have just started using unraid, but getting

I have got Plex using QSV for transcodes and it works great, however Handbrake refuses to encode anything with it selected.

Videos will begin processing with the QSV off, in both 264 and 265 - however as soon as I select it, it just fails instantly.
