应用中心安装插件出现ssl certificates failure

在应用中心安装插件时一直出现ssl certificates failure，如图一。ssl_fail.PNG.aec053905a26090c05b064f7bb584dab.PNG

但是系统（6.10.3）已经配置好ssl证书，可以https访问了：

证书配置如下图：

系统时区也是配置好北京时区的。手动安装插件也会有错误，有没有更好的解决办法呢

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
