VM Doesn't Boot

I have a VM (Windows 11) which seems to work okay when I select the video as vnc but when I change it to a dedicated card, it fails to boot. It did boot the first few times but then after a reboot, it not longer boots. I currently don't have a monitor to plug into it so I'm not sure what it would show. Any thoughts to what is wrong?
