Autostart Array with a second, encrypted pool?

Hi,
im new to unraid and not sure how to solve my problem.
I'm running pihole as docker service and would like it to autostart when the server is rebooting.
But i also want to enrypt my files.
When i encrypt a disk the main array won't autostart.

Is there a way to fix that? So somehow a basic setup and a second array with total encypted disks?
