February 4, 20233 yr From a Windows 10 computer using PuTTY, when I ssh to my Unraid server, I'm prompted to enter my credentials, after entering my credentials, I hit enter but nothing happens: PuTTY will eventually timed out. The log on the Unraid server reports the following: Quote sshd[9639]: Connection from 10.10.86.2 port 55053 on 10.10.86.35 port 22 rdomain "" sshd[9639]: Postponed keyboard-interactive for root from 10.10.86.2 port 55053 ssh2 [preauth] sshd[9639]: Postponed keyboard-interactive/pam for root from 10.10.86.2 port 55053 ssh2 [preauth] sshd[9639]: Accepted keyboard-interactive/pam for root from 10.10.86.2 port 55053 ssh2 sshd[9639]: pam_unix(sshd:session): session opened for user root(uid=0) by (uid=0) elogind-daemon[1112]: New session c31 of user root. sshd[9639]: Starting session: shell on pts/12 for root from 10.10.86.2 port 55053 id 0 sshd[9639]: Read error from remote host 10.10.86.2 port 55053: Connection reset by peer sshd[9639]: pam_unix(sshd:session): session closed for user root elogind-daemon[1112]: Removed session c31. This issue comes and goes. One week it will work without issue but fail another week. From the terminal on a Linux laptop, I have the same issue. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? Thank you.
