kernel panic causing the system to hang

I have an unRaid 6.11.5 running on a i5-12600K with 64GB of DDR3 RAM and the system is periodically giving me a kernel panic and crashing. This is happening whenever there is a CPU/disk intensive task. I'm at my wits end trying to figure out whether there is a piece of software causing this? I only have Plex installed and this still happens. I tried removing Plex and it still happens. There are no VMs. I've attached the output from the log -- any idea where the issue could be? Bad memory vs Bad CPU or Motherboard?
