Newegg has the Optane 905P U.2 ssd on sale for $339.  Would be a great cache drive; lower latency than NAND flash and much greater longevity (10 DWPD).  Comes with a M.2 adapter cable.

Looks like the sale is today only, then the price will likely return to $400.  It was on sale a couple weeks ago for $340, when I picked one up.
