gigabyte z390 aorus elite

64 gb ram

keeps crashing! when i do anything like move data over i get crashes 

i paid $700 new cpu new mb and new ram same crashes! ive uploaded my syslog a few times and no one can tell me the issuse 

ive even moved my cards to diffrent pci slots and i have a brand new usb everything is brand new!
