Double-nat connection

Featured Replies

HI everyone.

I used to connect to my server offside with a ddns service like no-ip. Had the port forwarding set done and working.

All of a sudden, my internet service provider, decided to stop giving me a public ip address, so i am stocked inside double nat network. I called the ISP and they told me the cost for a public ip address is 1000 USD.

I work at a small company in the IT department and they do have public ip address. My idea was to connect my server to a VPN hosted in the company, or in the other hand, is there a way to map a share from other unraid server into another unraid server? Because they do have an unraid server running in the company with the port forwarding already set.

Or is there any other alternatives for connecting other than paying for a public ip address?

Already tried to run ngrok, but could not make it run.
