Regarding the strange issue with the passthrough of U.2 drives

Featured Replies

After a series of Google searches yielded no results, I had to turn to the forum for help. My Unraid host has a 12th generation CPU and uses two M.2 to U.2 adapter cards to connect two SN640 drives. The problem now is that once I passthrough these two drives using either the webUI configuration added to the Vfio-pci.cfg or the "vfio-pci.ids=" configuration added to the syslinux.cfg, the passthrough is successful.       However, once the passthrough is completed, the system will continue to report the error "AER: Corrected error received: 0000:01:00.0" during startup, and this error will continue to be reported in the background after entering the system. Whenever I use the "lspci" command during system operation, or view the PCI device through the webUI, the entire system freezes and then restarts. I have tried the methods found on Google, such as adding "pci=nommconf", "pci=noms pci=noaer pcie_aspm=off" to the syslinux.cfg, but this only prevents the error from occurring and cannot prevent the system from freezing when running the "lspci" command. The drives themselves have been tested and are working fine on Windows. What could be causing this issue?
