April 25, 20233 yr I can't seem to login via sso.unraid.com / account.unraid.com / whatever. But I'm logged into the forum just fine. I don't get any prompts to enter a 2FA code when I try logging in; I suspect this is why my login attempts are being rejected. My server has the updated Connect plugin and says it's connected to the mothership just fine. Suggestions? Online service fix incoming? Edited April 25, 20233 yr by 1976moto added information
April 25, 20233 yr Author Solution Thanks to Unraid Support (SpencerJ) for helping me get my login sorted. Ended up needing to reset my password. Pretty sure I wouldn't have been able to accomplish this (in 2FA context) without his intervention.
