DDR5 ECC

hello everyone. I am assembling a new build for Unraid with the new Ryzen 7000 series. I was looking around for some ECC DDR5 RAM (32GB) and bought these: Kingston KSM48E40BD8KM-32HM.
I've only just noticed that these Rams are "ECC-on-Die" and would therefore not be true ECCs.
Since I'm going to use the server as a data storage server (more than 100TB of data), I'm afraid that not using ECC ram will lead to corruption of some data. In your opinion would these ram's still be OK or is it better to replace them with 100% ECC ram's?
Do you know any specific model of ECC DDR5 ram?

My motherboard: TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS

Thank you!
