Network bridges unavailable to docker containers

Hi all. 

I'm trying to set up my new unraid server but I'm having problems with the network configuration. I have my second interface (eth1) set up as a bridge (br1) with VLAN access as well (br1.3). However when editing a docker container it's only showing br0 (the default interface). I've tried deleting my network configuration and starting from scratch but it changed nothing. When I first started it did actually show the VLAN (br1.3) but after removing that VLAN and adding it back exactly it's no longer available. 

All the interfaces show up properly when editing a VM. It's just docker that's the problem.
