August 26, 20232 yr Hello, first my English is bad, so im Sorry. We have two Situations i will Explain. My Setup is: HPE Proliant DL380 G9 (2x Xeon 2680v4) with Intel p440ar Raidcontroller with 4x 2TB Crucial SSD´s Raid 5. unraid only see the Logical Volume and there is no Cache Drive, the Raid 5 is crypted by Hardwarecontroller and works as one Drive Array. My Network is 1GB only an all. (Unifi Components only) If i copy things on any Share the Network Stream is full at 1GB. The Array writes some Seconds at 500-600 MB/s then the Writespeed on the Array goes down to Zero, after some Seconds the Array writes again with 500-600 MB/s.. then Pause again.. The Networkstream goes NOT down and is 1GBit at all. Other Situation is: Asus WS Z790 Sage (1x Xeon W2650w5), Adaptec 8805 Raidcontroller 7x 4TB Sata Drives into a uncrypted Raid5 Network Setup is 10G only at all and works fine at all. unraid see only one Logical Drive, there is no Cache Drive and the one Drive Array is unencrypted/crypted (tested both) at Filessystem btrf and xfs (testes both). If we copy any Data on a Share the Array writes mit 1100-1200 MB/s fo any Seconds, after a few Seconts the Same as on my System, the Array writes nothing, but here the Networksteream goes down to 300-400 MB/s, after some Sekonds the Array writes again with 1100-1200MB/s, then Pause again.. The Networkstream is then permanent 350-400mb/s. We testet Cache only, Array only, crypt on/off, some Filesystems att all, at all Situations the same. We installed to Test a Windows 10, there are no Problems with that. Networks Stream 1200Mb/s at all, writespeed into the Raid 5 1150-1200 MB/s att all. Anyone a Idea whats going wrong on unraid at this Situations? Greets Lucifor
August 26, 20232 yr Author Issue solved, the Problem was the Intel Netzwork Card, the Card intel CNA X710 DA2 works not properly with unraid.
