Can't adjust TX/RX buffers on Chelsio 100gb NIC

Can somebody school my dumbass on why I can't change the TX/RX buffers for my Chelsio T62100-LP-CR 100Gb NIC on my unraid 6.12.4 server? I've tried to shutdown both ports on the nic, tried to shutdown the whole array, and I've even tried safe mode but I always get.

no matter what I try.. It will let me adjust other NICs including the one that i'm currently using to SSH into the box but not this one. Driver issue maybe?

    bump! still have the issue as of 6.12.14.
