Passthough single card to multiple VM?

I finally did a passthrough of two graphic cards I have GF2080Ti and P2000 to the VMs for streaming.

I wanted have encoding capabilities.

 

I'm wondering if it's possible to do something like:

 

so ether of those cards I can pass to multiple VMs?
