Slow Jellyfin and Radarr (Help vet my configuration)

Hi all,

 

It takes 15+ seconds to load Movies in Jellyfin and 3h to 'Refresh Movies' in Radarr.

 

I've been trying to identify the bottleneck for weeks now and still can't pinpoint why I'm experiencing this slowness.

 

Can someone please help vet my unraid configuration?
