I can't stop docker container

Hi guys, I run a docker container named dataManager. The system suddenly tell me my docker container file system become READ-ONLY.

 

I don't know why.

 

I tried to stop docker container from web. The system prompted me docker container stopped. But I saw the docker container still alive from CLI.

 

I have to stop container from CLI. But I can't stop container.  Please see the attachement.

 

I switch docker service from ubuntu to unraid and meet many problems about docker. It seems docker service is very unstable.
