Unraid boots has an IP address but doesn't show up on network

Every time I reboot my server it doesn't show back up my network.  The prompt at the server lists the correct ip address but none of my other devices can see it.  I have to then power off again and then it usually becomes available.  

 

Any suggestions to fix this? 

 

This all started after a BIOS update to the motherboard.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

    3. Adjust your preference.
