Server is suddenly inaccessible remotely

Hi!

 

I used to connect and manage my server remotely through Wireguard, and also had Plex installed in a Docker container. However, since last sunday I have neither been able to connect to with Wireguard nor can I use Plex remotely. Everything is working as normal locally though. My first thought was that there was an issue with the DDNS (duckdns) but the WAN IP had not changed. Also the portforwarding hasn't changed either and was working fine before. A few days before this happened I installet Watchtowerr as a docker container, I'm not sure if that could have messed something up. Otherwise, I'm not even sure where to even start troubleshooting this Issue. I would be very thankful for any help, as I'm quite the beginner.
