Unraid Connect Error NETWORK: Invalid credentials

Featured Replies

First I was login but found flash backup failed with the error: "Rate limited, will try again later."

I deleted the flash backup, logged out and try to re-login to try to fix this error.

Then I had "Unraid Connect Error NETWORK: Invalid credentials".

And here is the syslog when i tried to login:

Oct 25 21:11:41 unraid unraid-api[12414]: ⚠️ Caught exception: "error" message expects the 'payload' property to be an array of GraphQL errors, but got "Could not find a user with that information. Please try again"
Oct 25 21:11:41 unraid unraid-api[12414]: ⚠️ UNRAID API crashed with exit code 1

Now i just successfully login to unraid connect using my mobile phone browser, but when i tried to activate flash backup it still shows "Failed to sync flash backup"

syslog shows no error, only this:

Oct 25 22:53:42 unraid flash_backup: flush: /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.my.servers/scripts/UpdateFlashBackup update

  • 2 weeks later...

Same (or at least very similar) here:

It was working fine an hour ago (I think?), but after a reboot, i'm getting this.

A bit unstable, hope they can fix all these in next couples of weeks, as they said in the other post
