Nvme recommendation - Samsung vs Sabrent

I’m trying to build a beastly Plex server. 
 

Already have a fractal meshify 2 XL case. i9 13900k CPU and PSU. Along with a ton of storage. My biggest question marks left are the best motherboard and nvme storage. 
 

Right now I’m deciding between the Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus and Samsung EVO (most likely the 990 Pro). I will likely get a 2 TB to use as a dedicated Plex drive and a 4 TB.

 

Anybody have a recommendation on which way I should go?
