rollinns
I had my server up and going then I had to use the USB (it was the only one I had) to do some maintenance on another computer. I should have left the usb alone since it was working great. Anyway I tried to re-setup the USB to boot the server and have had no luck for the last week. The furthest I can get it to do is to verify pool data then it says: SYSLINUX 3.51 2007-06-10 CBIOS Copyright © 1994-2007 H. Peter Anvin It stays like that for about 2-3 minutes then reboots itself only to stop at the same message again. The syslinux.cfg is on the USB drive. I'd really like to get it up and running soon. I even wen't out and bought a new Lexar firefly 1GB but I couldn't get it to boot. it just gives a non-system disk error. Any help getting either USB working is greatly appreciated. I only have 3 disks now, but have plans to upgrade and add 3 more but I won't if I lose access to my server. And I have learned my lesson - If it works, then leave it alone. Thank you for your help, Rollinns Link to comment
