I haven't used this or any Rosewill PSU, so I can't personally vouch for them.  However, the specs are good - 50A on the single +12V rail, 80 Plus certified...seems decent enough.  At this price, it might be worth the gamble.

 

This PSU should be able to handle 20+ green drives or up to 14 7200 RPM drives.
