Begoldar Posted December 7, 2023 Share Posted December 7, 2023 Hi Everyone. I'm fairly new to Unraid (been using for about 6 months) and am looking to create a backup of my data. I would like to use an external USB enclosure (5 bay) that I would connect periodically to backup my shared folder. I have searched online and haven't found any good guides on how to do this. I have tried setting up a second TrueNAS box, but it would not read all the drives in the enclosure (as noted on multiple forums). Is there any simple way to to do this? I also have separate windows and linux machines if it possible to use those for this purpose. Again, I'm just looking to have a backup copy of the files that I can keep off network.
