Installation of AMD Software on Win10 VM (RX 5700 XT)

Hi All,

A bit of help please. I have my RX 5700 XT GPU Passthrough to a Win11 VM (fresh install). The actual card is working fine and I have the vendor reset in place (can restart multiple times with no issues).

When I try to install the AMD Drivers using the software from AMD's site, I get the following error.

I don't have this issue on my other VM, so I think I've missed something simple. I keep going through my XML and can't see it. Can I ask for a bit of help/advice? Below is my XML
