Seeking feedback on 4k Plex build

I've been using Unraid on an old i5 NUC for years with 20tb across 6 external USB and 1 internal SSD and HDD in the NUC. It's fine for 1080p plex but I am looking to build something for 4k support, with 2 streams at once. I want this build to be good for many years so I'm looking for expandability. 

 

My current usage is about 12tb but I want to upgrade my movie collection to 4k over time. I'd like to keep drive and fan noise down.

 

I am moving to a new home in 6 months where I plan to put in 10gb internet.
